Brittony Osler
OT Reg. (Ont.), Psychotherapist
I’m a therapist who’s big on curiosity. I'm curious about what matters most to you, what’s keeping you stuck, and most importantly how to make change happen. I draw on cognitive behavioural therapy and other evidence-based approaches to help you spend less time in your head, in indecision, or numbly going through the motions, and more time doing.
I often think about therapy through the lens of “rose, thorn, and bud,” a favourite summer camp activity. Life comes with thorns, and therapy won't change that — but it can change how you handle them. My favourite part of this work is helping you navigate those challenges while intentionally cultivating the roses and buds that bring joy, purpose, and maybe even a renewed sense of curiosity about what life can offer.
